PCA Morganton is a full-service provider in the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee and southern Virginia. We are a one-stop shop that offers packaging solutions, quick sample development, rush orders and just-in-time (JIT) delivery.
The ability to provide customers with a solution that addresses their complete supply chain. The process begins with the packaging design phase, proceeds through manufacturing and also includes providing expertise on the proper use of the corrugated products.
The in-house capability of developing the physical design and structural specifications for the corrugated packaging. Tools used include computer-aided design (CAD) software and performance modeling formulas.
The ability to print more than one ink color directly on the corrugated board in a single pass through the converting equipment.
This plant has the capability to process preprinted linerboard, which is paper (in roll form) that has been printed prior to being converted into corrugated sheets. Combining of preprint requires special equipment on a corrugator to assure precise cut-off.
This plant offers quick turnaround times from when you place your order to when it is delivered.
A value-added service where PCA inventories an agreed-upon quantity of the customer’s corrugated products and delivers them either according to a schedule or when requested.
