SMS Help

Registered employees can use SMS (text messaging) with the PCA Market Intelligence application to query information about PCA employees, locations, customers, prospects and competitors.

How to Opt In

To opt in to the PCASMS service, you have to register your mobile phone in the mobile settings field within the PCA Directory application. Then, text message “TEST” to PCA222 (722222) to complete your registration and opt in to this service. You will then receive a welcome text message confirming your opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. The number of messages sent will vary per user.

How to Opt Out

To opt out from the PCASMS service, you can text “STOP” to PCA222 (722222) from your mobile phone, and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive any additional messages until you decide to opt in again.

Supported carriers include: AT&T, Boost, Cricket, CSpire, MetroPCS, Sprint, T-Mobile®, U.S. Cellular®, Verizon Wireless and Virgin Mobile. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

PCA respects your privacy. We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. We will only use information you provide to transmit your text message. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request; to avoid liability; or to protect our rights or property. When you provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
