PCA Sparks, Nevada, provides a variety of packaging solutions and accepts all order quantities. We specialize in RSCs, die cuts, point-of-purchase (POP) displays and point-of-sale (POS) packaging. We also offer litho-lamination packaging and microflute containers. Our facility is capable of efficiently running any order size ranging from large to small. Warehousing programs are also available.

Corrugated board made with a smaller flute profile, primarily E, F or N flute. Microflute is frequently used for primary packaging and provides for a smoother print surface.
A value-added service where the packaging manufacturer oversees and controls levels of finished materials to ensure an uninterrupted supply.
The ability to print more than one ink color directly on the corrugated board in a single pass through the converting equipment.
This plant has the capability to process preprinted linerboard, which is paper (in roll form) that has been printed prior to being converted into corrugated sheets. Combining of preprint requires special equipment on a corrugator to assure precise cut-off.
A value-added service to provide development of packaging graphics. This service includes pre- and post-print expertise for flexographic and lithography printing.
