PCA Middletown is a full-service supplier of a wide variety of corrugated containers, including RSCs and die cuts. Our specialties include innovative structural design, preglued containers and trays, protective coatings and wax curtain coating. To better serve our food and beverage customers, we are an AIB-inspected facility. Working closely with PCA’s Cincinnati-area design center, PCA Middletown has easy access to the I-75 corridor and serves customers in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. We are an ISO 9001-certified supplier offering E-commerce, rush orders, package performance testing and just-in-time (JIT) delivery.

Total Packaging Solutions

The ability to provide customers with a solution that addresses their complete supply chain. The process begins with the packaging design phase, proceeds through manufacturing and also includes providing expertise on the proper use of the corrugated products.

Structural Design Services

The in-house capability of developing the physical design and structural specifications for the corrugated packaging. Tools used include computer-aided design (CAD) software and performance modeling formulas.

ISO 9001 Certification

An international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system. Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

AIB Inspected

AIB is an organization focused on improving food safety. AIB establishes standards for packaging manufacturers to ensure that food products are safe. Inspections are conducted to ensure compliance to AIB standards.

GFSI Certification

The Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) is an organization that establishes systems to benchmark food safety standards, including guidelines for food packaging manufacturers.

Inventory Management

A value-added service where the packaging manufacturer oversees and controls levels of finished materials to ensure an uninterrupted supply.

Warehousing

A value-added service where PCA inventories an agreed-upon quantity of the customer’s corrugated products and delivers them either according to a schedule or when requested.
