PCA has become a proud supporter of Ravinia Festival’s Reach*Teach*Play program.
Founded in 1904, Ravinia Festival is an outdoor concert venue located in suburban Chicago and is the oldest outdoor music festival in the U.S. Its Reach*Teach*Play campaign strives to ensure that students in the community have access to music education. Each year over 85,000 kids in under-resourced areas benefit from the program by receiving free instruments, music education, tickets to live performances and much more.
According to Ed Lees, a PCA Vice President: “We are thrilled to support Ravinia’s efforts to ensure that children in the Chicago area will continue to have access to music education. When I was growing up, Ravinia and music both played an important part in my life. I appreciate Ravinia’s efforts to cultivate the love of music in future generations.”
