Why We Are Different

Only Words

It is amazing how different words can be, even if they are the same words, when spoken by two different people that work for two very different companies. A PCA produce customer found out from experience that the difference is huge.

Working with typically short lead times, Sanwa Growers relies heavily on their suppliers for quick turnarounds and timely deliveries. Prior to becoming a PCA customer, the company assumed that they would not be able to get the service they needed to package their products and get them to market in the timeframe needed. Their current supplier would continually make promises and then break them...it just became a way of life.

An enterprising salesperson from PCA asked for an opportunity...and the rest is history. In an unsolicited testimonial to PCA's performance, Sanwa said, "When PCA tells you something, like what they can do for you and that they will be there for you, they come through every time. If my salesperson tells me a delivery date, it will be there that date."

With my other salesperson it was just words.

The story doesn't end here...rather it is just the beginning because doing what you say you will do is just part of the PCA package. Just recently, when there was a time crunch for Sanwa to develop, design and deliver a live herbs box for a major retailer, PCA wasted no time stepping up to the plate and hitting a home run with a box that the customer calls "outstanding!"

Words are powerful...especially when you really mean them.
