Who does one of the top three U.S. automotive manufacturers call when they need to solve a packaging problem? PCA.
Here's why.
We've all been there. The same issue keeps cropping up,
whether it's a quality, cost or productivity problem...the
obvious solutions aren't working.
But when a key customer at PCA asked for help with their
problem, there was a very bright light at the end of the
tunnel. The people at PCA decided to take the time to understand
the problem. These people made the effort to look at the
situation with a fresh, innovative eye simply because they
believed the customer and the business were well worth it...they

In this case, the customer's product was being damaged while
being shipped to an assembly area. Could PCA come up with
a better package, while reducing the cost?

multiple package designs. And it meant that PCA design,
sales, production and transport pros from our Plymouth,
Michigan facility brought all of their talents to the customer's
table to make what is now the preferred method of shipping
this type of product, a reality.
