PCA Jacksonville serves a fully industrial customer base in a state where citrus and agriculture dominate the mix of most corrugated box plants. The Jacksonville facility has positioned itself to handle both small and large volume customers who require a variety of packaging solutions often not available at large integrated producers. Jacksonville is able to provide personalized "sheet plant" type service, and out-of the-box creativity, while maintaining the cost advantages only available to a fully integrated box plant.

PCA Jacksonville offers the following capabilities and services: Wax cascading, small to large flexos to efficiently produce wide range of very small and/or narrow RSC's and HSC's - B,C, and Doublewall - Tear tape and Sesame tape - Design Lab with CAD - In Plant Quality Control lab offering box compression and ECT testing.
