Adding Value with Value Improvement

One of the strongest statements PCA has made as a company about our commitment to bring value to our customers is the development of our Value Improvement Process (VIP) program. PCA utilizes collaborative teams that target opportunities for customers to increase sales, reduce costs, save time, and streamline operations. We have a proven track record of identifying and implementing such initiatives.

As part of the VIP we provide an assessment of our customers' packaging systems and manufacturing processes to identify "the non value-adders" for cost reduction and permanent savings.
