Grid-Lok™

The Grid-Lok™ corrugated container affixes to a standard pallet and allows for quick, easy, one-person set-up or knockdown. Once set-up, the combination of a unique design, and the weight of your product creates a secure unitized load. This allows parts manufacturers to ship loads with the shipper upright and then return the shipper in a collapsed state for potential reuse. The container is engineered in a variety of sizes and corrugated weights. It opens and then folds along scored edges with interlocking bottom flaps (one flap is permanently fastened to the pallet) to accept product. A fitted cap facilitates closure, stacking, and delivery.
