Export Pack

Do you transport items in a sea container and have the need to easily package your product for overseas shipment? PCA offers expendable, preassembled and easy to setup containers. This product makes the process simple for you! Export packs are available in a variety of dimensions, cubic feet and stacking height. We have taken the worry out of this so all that you have to do is setup and add your product!

A variety of standard size packs are available with either wood or paper pallets. They include a durable triplewall sleeve and a separate top cover. The wood pallets are heat-treated and meet standards for overseas shipments. These containers are stackable to maximize the space utilization of a standard high-cube sea container.

The expendable sleeve pack comes in a space saving kit that is as easy to assemble and use as one, two, three, four.....All that is required for setup is that you remove the cover, pull out the sleeve and insert into the pallet base. Pack your materials then place the cover over the sleeve and you're done and ready to put in the sea container!

If a standard pack does not fulfill your needs, we can develop a size specific container or insert to meet your requirements. In most cases, the standard pack can be utilized with just the insert or interior packaging customized. This is very cost effective and keeps your product safe and secure during transit.
